Products that have been used or washed cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons.
Customized items made to your specific preferences are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Products with minor color variations due to studio lighting differences will not be eligible for return or exchange.
Important Notes:
Return shipping costs must be covered by the customer.
Delivery charges are non-refundable, as per courier service policy.
Refunds will be processed within 7 working days of receiving the returned item(s).
