Delivery Time

Once your order is dispatched, delivery typically takes 3 to 5 business days, depending on your city. Please allow extra time during holidays or peak shopping seasons—delivery may take up to 10 working days in such cases.

Advance Payment on High-Value Orders

For orders exceeding £ 200 , we may require a partial advance payment. Our team will contact you upon order confirmation to share the relevant account details.

Lost or Stolen Packages
